Hello! My name is Gregory Witkowski and I am a bit different than most other agents you'll find. While I have been in Tucson for most of my life and while I have come to know it and LOVE it, my previous experiences really separate me from the rest. In 2017 I earned my PhD in psychology and then spent 14 months living in a Buddhist monastery. This has prepared me to serve you unlike any other.

Most might call themselves an expert in negotiation and communication - yet I have a PhD to prove it. Buying or selling a home is NOT about sales. I don't need to nor would I want to convince you to buy or sell anything - you'll know what you want when you see it and you'll know when it's time for you to sell when you're ready. The question becomes navigating through the process when you're there. That's where I come in and that's where I can provide you with unmatched guidance. It's all about communication and utilizing those skills to get you the home for the cheapest possible amount or to sell your home where you end up with the MOST money in your pocket at the end of the day.
