The idea behind the 3 price valuation is that you have options! You are in control over how much you can make. Any investor coming to your house will give you one offer and it might even look good. But realize their intent here... They're investors for a reason! If they were to give you "fair market value" they would be quickly out of the business in no time. They're obviously trying to make money off of you! Makes sense right?

I am not an investor looking to get a deal. My complete aim is to get you to walk away with the most money at the end. So I encourage you, if you are thinking about going for the "quick and easy" cash deal, let me at least do some research first so you can make an informed decision! You might think you're saving money by not paying a realtor commission but it just isn't true for the vast majority of these cases. Let's crunch the numbers and you can see for yourself. Because after all, the bottom line is for you to have the MOST MONEY IN YOUR POCKET AFTER ALL SAID AND DONE!

 

THREE PRICE VALUATIONS:

1) THE FAST CASH OPTION. Sometimes, homeowners are in a position where they need to sell fast without any showings. This is how so many investors stay in business. I am happy to invest in your property too, but please know, more times than not, you will be losing out on THOUSANDS of dollars with this option.  This is something that no investor will tell you of course - but you can expect complete transparency with me! The big myth here too is that listing your home will take a long time and be a big hassle. That's rarely the case. If you opt for this route, I will beat any other "quick cash" offer you have!

2) THE "AS-IS" OPTION. Sell your home as it is right now without putting any money into it. Likely still to net more than option #1, this is an easy route to get the most for your home without lifting a finger. The big difference here than in option #1 is that you are using the BEST marketing option to get to the most people actually looking to live in your home. That means you can likely sell it for much higher than in option #1 - YES, EVEN AFTER PAYING REALTOR COMMISSIONS!

3) THE MAX PROFIT OPTION. Update your home to make it highly desirable and allow the market to work for you. This route is what most investors take and how they end up profiting off of sellers who go with option #1. I would rather you have the money instead of them! Stop allowing the rich to get even richer! You pay everything at the close of escrow with this option and licensed contractors get the house ready to sell for max value.
